Getaria is an absolute gem! The owner is the friendliest person ever and gave me the biggest hug goodbye. The hostel is stunning, super clean and cozy! The beds are unbelievably comfy with a thick curtain for privacy. The bathrooms are AMAZING with six private ones - you can take your time and feel at home. Getaria itself is pure magic, it feels like home and you'll leave a piece of your heart there. Thank you for everything, you won't want to leave!

I gotta say, staying at Txalupa was totally worth it! The room was clean, spacious, and super comfy. The location was on point, right next to the city center and the beach. And let me tell you, the staff was amazing! They were so nice and helpful, especially Iñaki, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Can't recommend this place enough!

As women travelling alone, we felt welcomed and looked after by the wonderful staff at this hostel. the beds with privacy curtains provided a sense of security, and the towels provided were a nice touch. the interior design was lovely, and the location was perfect.

The reception was not open all day, so the place was closed between about 11-15, which could be a bit inconvenient for those arriving during that time. The bathroom floors tended to get very wet when everyone was having showers one after another, which made it a bit slippery.
